Spring workwear

Well what a lovely May we’re having! It hasn’t stopped raining and I’m so bloody over it. I’m sure I was talking about the weather last week, and here we are again! Sorry about that!

Life goes on though doesn't it and that means back to work even it if it does mean commuting in a torrential rainstorm. But at least you’ll be looking superb as I’ve put together some ideas for workwear outfits for Springtime. I think after a year in and out of isolation and with many people having to work from home, the thought of going back to the office is daunting so making sure you’re looking good is really important.

I’ve had a lot of messages for this blog as we’ve all forgotten how to dress for work having lived in sweatpants and t-shirts for the past year. So these 7 outfits will hopefully give you a bit of inspiration of what you could put together from your own wardrobe. If you work in quite a formal setting and feel your personality isn’t coming through, then add a bag in a vibrant colour or wear a pair of statement earrings with a smart suit or a bright red lip to make you feel more you.

Many of these outfits will work all year round, just swap in a pair of winter boots and a winter coat or change a summer dress to a knitted dress or a shirt dress in a heavier fabric.
