Spring Trends 2022
You may wonder why on Earth i’m banging on about Spring, when the temperature has plummeted in the last few days - well I say that there’s never been a better time to look ahead to your Spring/Summer wardrobe than when it’s freezing out there. We need something to look forward to we don’t we?
But also, it’s a really good time for a bit of a wardrobe refresh, to go through what you have, look at things you may want to part with or put into storage or sell. Is there anything that may needs a dry clean or mending? Maybe think about what trends are coming up and look at what you already have in your wardrobe that will work and how you can add to it to give it a bit of a refresh.
I find it really exciting to look at the catwalks and see what things are emerging. Remind myself of the excitement that a new season brings. Look at things that have come back round again. Being a fashion editor, I’ve always loved the shows. I’m like a kid in a sweet shop looking at all the colours and little details that each designer has created.
For this blog I have looked at the emerging trends and thought about what you can still wear from last year and years past. Most things have been repeated, so it’s just about styling those items in a way that brings it into 2022.
